Spirit Of New Orleans Productions is musician owned and operated. This means we have an insight and decades of experience of performing for different crowds at different venues with different types of ensembles. We will be able to recommend the perfect group for your event depending on number of guests, location and duration and types of music requested. And if we for some reason are unable to fulfill the client's need, we will gladly refer you to some of our many music connections.
We specialize in New Orleans Jazz, with ensemble sizes ranging from trios to full size brass bands (10 musicians). All our music is predominantly acoustic but can of course be amplified if required. If amplification is needed, we have reliable contacts that can supply you with the right type of amplification system and operator.
We pride ourselves on not only delivering first class music but also being easily reachable by email/text messages/phone and being 100% dependable and reliable. Once you contract us to play for your event, you and/or your event planner will have one less thing to worry about.
You should also keep in mind that often you get what you pay for. Our bands' fees are probably a bit higher than quotes that you may get from other groups. But surely you did not choose the caterer, location, wedding gown or beverages solely based on their price. Investing in high-quality music for your event will be a decision you won't regret, and years later, the band will surely be one of the things You and Your guests will remember best.
All our bands consist of some of New Orleans' best and most renowned traditional jazz musicians who make their sole living playing music and therefore need to be compensated according to their talent, experience and commitment. Also, you have to keep in mind that the performance fee includes all costs, administrative fees and taxes.

provided by Leroy, Katja and Todd! It was perfect for our event – which
was held in a home in the French
Quarter. Many people came to the fundraiser because of the music
